What is of interest is that these guys do know their stuff I believe, so not entirely convinced about the refund being absolutely true., they even show how a croupier can influence where the ball will hit the rotor like Steven Hourmouzis does in his videos. This is called Dealer signature and is common knowledge amongst seasoned players and casino staff. Steven Hourmouzis does this in his videos to make it appear like his systems are working, but in reality, he is simply placing the ball there to fool you, like a skilled Bowls, Darts or tennis player can play a ball.
